A few things to keep in mind when you're visiting the salon or boutique. Thanks for reading. We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your service.
Please Don’t Be Late
On the day of your (salon) appointment please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running late, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment.
Appointments
We’re so glad you found us. Please know that all new clients must reserve their appointments with a credit card. Cancellation fees (50% of the booked service) will apply towards no-shows.
Cancellations
Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a minimum of 24-hour notice or the client will be charged 50% of the booked service. Wink will call to confirm your appointment the day before.
Gratuities
Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients. All tipping must be done in cash or by check written to the stylist; tips cannot be added onto credit card charges. Gift certificates do not include gratuities.
Sniffles and Coughs
If you are sick, or had a fever the night before your scheduled service kindly reschedule your appointment. We promise to do our best to get you back in on the first available appointment. Our health is our wealth and we want to be here servicing you not at home sick watching bad T.V.
Consultations
Our consultation fee is 50% of the inquired booking. The 50% fee is applicable towards your booked service. We value our time and we value yours.
Color Correction
We charge by the hour for this work and recommend you come in for a consultation first so we can assure the appointment length is properly scheduled.
Method of Payment
Wink accepts: Visa, MasterCard and Discover, cash, checks and debit cards.

Note to Our Wedding Parties
We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking with a credit card. The remaining balance can be taken care of on the wedding day. Any cancellations NOT made 24 hours in advance will be charged the FULL amount of the booked service.
