These transformations require a complimentary in-person consultation to assess your hair, discuss your goals, and create a personalized plan. Consultations are quick, free, and help ensure you get the best results possible.

💳 Booking & Cancellation Policy – Wink Salon Asheville

At Wink Salon Asheville, we value our clients and deeply respect our stylists’ time. Our booking and cancellation policies are designed to ensure fairness, consistency, and professionalism for both our guests and our team.

🗓️ Appointment Reservations

  • All appointments are reserved with a credit card on file.

  • We do not accept personal checks for services. Personal checks are accepted for tips only, and must be made out directly to the stylist.

⏰ Changes, Cancellations & No-Shows

We kindly ask that all changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) are subject to a 100% charge of the booked service.

  • Late arrivals (more than 15 minutes) may need to be rescheduled or receive a shorter version of the booked service.

  • No-call / no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.

Guests who cancel within the 24-hour window or “no-show” will be required to pay a non-refundable 50% deposit toward their next appointment.

🤒 Illness Policy

We understand that illness can be unpredictable and ask that you notify us as early as possible if you’re feeling unwell.

  • Cancellations due to illness with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the booked service as a courtesy.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows for illness will be charged 100% of the booked service to compensate for your stylist’s reserved time.

This policy strikes a fair balance between compassion and consistency—protecting both our guests and our stylists’ livelihoods.

💬 Why This Policy Exists

Our stylists rely on their scheduled appointments for their income. When a last-minute cancellation occurs, that time is rarely refillable. Just as we wouldn’t expect you to show up to work and not be paid, we believe our stylists deserve the same respect and reliability.

We don’t offer refunds for completed services, but if something isn’t right, please let us know before leaving the salon—we’ll make it right.

New Clients
If you’re new to Wink and booking a Color or Custom Curl service, please call us directly so we can match you with the right stylist and timing. Be as specific as possible about your goals when booking.

Pricing Transparency
All prices shown in Phorest and on our Services Page are starting prices. Final pricing varies based on stylist level, hair length, and service complexity. For detailed quotes, please call the salon.


Student services cannot be booked online—please call or text to schedule.

💫 Long or Thick Hair

We love working with all hair types! To keep pricing fair and timing accurate, extra length or density may incur an additional charge.

  • Extra product use: Additional color, toner, or treatment product is charged by actual usage.

  • Extra time:

    • Thick hair → +10–15 min

    • Very thick → +20–30 min

    • Extremely thick → +30–45 min
