Recently graduated stylists and growth-minded professionals receive personalized mentorship. You will work alongside experienced educators who guide you through technical skills, consultations, communication, and confidence behind the chair.
One-on-One Technical Training
Targeted support to strengthen specific skills — whether it’s precision cutting, color formulation, texture work, or corrective strategies.
Monthly Education Classes
Our team participates in consistent in-house education designed to build technical excellence, elevate guest experience, and stay current with modern trends and techniques.
Business, Confidence & Accountability Coaching
Success behind the chair is more than technical skill. We teach communication, boundaries, retention, goal setting, financial awareness, and leadership. We believe every stylist is a business professional.
Full-Day, Hands-On Intensives (6x per year)
Deep-dive workshops focused on cutting, color, curly hair, scalp health, business skills, and advanced techniques. These are immersive learning days where growth accelerates.
