NEW COLOR CLIENTS

We do not accept any NEW client appointments ONLINE. If a new client books online we will not accept the appointment, meaning we will cancel the appointment.

Submitting your virtual snap snip allows our Front Desk team to make sure you are booked for the right service, with the right stylist, and give you the most accurate pricing and times. We want to give you the best experience possible so we prefer to have a real conversation, where we can discuss your expectations and desired outcome. Of course, we will need to review our cancelation policy as well.

If you need assistance please call the salon and we will gladly help you with snap snip. It takes less than a minute.

Please note - If your last visit was over 18 months ago, you are considered a NEW client.

Bleach & Tones, Corrective Color, Creative Color, Keratin Treatments, and Extensions cannot be booked online as they are complicated processes that require a consultation prior to booking. Consultations with us are always complimentary and can be booked by calling the front desk directly.

NEW HAIRCUT/STYLE CLIENTS

BOOK ONLINE OR CALL THE SALON TO BE MATCHED WITH YOUR PERFECT STYLIST!

We are not able to accommodate haircuts for children under 5 years old, and children in the salon must be accompanied at all times.

PLEASE NOTE

  • We reserve all appointments with a credit card

  • All new clients booking requires a 50% deposit for any and all services.

  • We do not accept personal checks as payment for services, only for tips (made out directly to the stylist)

  • We kindly ask that any changes and cancellations be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee of 50% of the booked service. Late arrivals (over 15 minutes) are also subject to a no-show fee and rescheduling, clients will be accommodated with a shorter service when possible for the stylist.

  • All guests who cancel within the 24-hour cancellation or whom “no call/no show” to any appointment will be required to leave a 50% deposit for one of their future services. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within the requested 24-hour time frame.

  • All service adjustments/ edits must be performed within 7 days . Please let us know, your happiness is important to us.

  • If you are a new client to WINK and want to schedule a COLOR or Custom Curl service, we highly encourage you to contact us directly so we can ensure you will be accommodated with the correct timing. Please do your best to explain exactly what you need during your visit.

  • All prices listed on Phorest are a starting point; same on our Services page. Once you ‘Request To Book’ the prices will then reflect the Stylist level (see different levels on our Team page). For specific questions about pricing, please call the Salon directly.

  • Please note that some of our stylists do not offer online booking and that is listed on our team page.
